Role Description This is a full-time remote role and we are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth in new markets, specifically in GCC, Africa, Latin America, and CIS countries . The ideal candidate will already have a strong network of buyers, importers, distributors , and a deep understanding of p roduct registration processes, regulatory compliance, and international sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Identify and o nboard new B2B clients , distributors, and importers in targeted regions. Leverage existing contacts and client databases to close immediate deals. Prepare and execute market entry strategies, including pricing, product portfolio selection, and partnership models. Understand and manage registration/documentation requirements in each region Collaborate with internal teams for regulatory, logistics, and product customization requirements. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to the leadership team. Represent Ambrosial at international trade shows, expos, and online forums when required. Required Experience & Skills 3–7 years of international business development experience in nutraceuticals, food supplements, or pharmaceuticals. Proven track record of securing B2B orders in GCC / Africa / LATAM / CIS. Strong existing network of distributors , pharmacies, or wholesalers. Familiar with regulatory and product registration processes in target regions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Fluent in English (Any other international language is a plus). Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage all aspects of our shipping and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments with vendors, negotiating freight rates, arranging domestic and international transportation, ensuring compliance with trade schemes and regulations, and preparing all necessary documentation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with multiple vendors and logistics providers. Negotiate freight and transport rates to optimize cost efficiency. Arrange and track domestic transportation (road, rail, air, courier) to ensure timely delivery. Maintain knowledge of trade schemes (FTA, duty exemptions, preferential tariffs, etc.) to optimize costs. Prepare and review shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, COO, customs declarations, etc.). Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and international trade laws. Monitor shipment status and resolve delays, discrepancies, or customs issues. Maintain logistics data, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements. Build strong working relationships with vendors, transporters, and internal teams (procurement, sales, warehouse).
