Responsibilities

• Own and manage 

  Amazon country-level P&L

  , ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and budget adherence.
• Manage, optimize, and scale 

  Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP)

   to maximize ROI.
• Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance, ACoS, TACoS, and market trends to inform strategy.
• Conduct 

  keyword research

   and prepare optimized content for product listings, including:

1. Titles, bullet points, and descriptions
2. A+ Content briefs
3. Image briefs with keyword-driven messaging and feature highlights

• Lead initiatives for 

  pricing, promotions, deals, and cross-category expansion

  .
• Continuously monitor and analyze 

  campaign performance, listing conversion rates, and organic rankings

  .
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
• Generate and present 

  weekly/monthly business reviews

   highlighting KPIs, wins, risks, and action plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Amazon marketing experience, including 

  country-level P&L ownership

  .
• Proven success in 

  Amazon PPC campaign management

  .
• Strong ability to create 

  optimized content briefs for listings and images

  .
• Proficiency in using 

  Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and tools like Helium10.

• Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
