Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Regularly audit the site for errors, UX issues, and process gaps; take ownership of resolutions. Help execute product launches, promotional calendars, and seasonal campaign strategies. Role & responsibilities Manage daily Amazon Seller Central tasks including product listing creation, updates, and optimization (titles, descriptions, keywords, and images) to maximize visibility and sales. Monitor inventory levels within Seller Central, update stock quantities, and coordinate replenishment with suppliers and fulfillment centers to prevent stockouts or overstock. Process and monitor orders, shipments, returns, and refunds within Seller Central, ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Utilize Seller Central reporting tools and export data for detailed analysis and reporting using advanced Excel functions. Track account health metrics such as performance notifications, policy compliance, and customer feedback to ensure compliance with Amazon standards. Assist with managing Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) via Seller Central by monitoring campaign performance, adjusting bids, and analyzing ROI. Communicate with Amazon Seller Support as needed to resolve account or operational issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service) to coordinate promotions, product launches, and inventory management. Stay current with Amazon platform updates, policies, and best practices to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
