Role & responsibilities Assist in managing and optimizing our Shopify store , including product listings, collections, promotions, and merchandising. Lead and supervise cross-functional e-commerce teams (design, marketing, catalog, and operations). Collaborate with marketing for performance campaigns, email flows, and traffic-driving strategies. Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Monitor key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce rate) and present insights for growth. Regularly audit the site for errors, UX issues, and process gaps; take ownership of resolutions. Help execute product launches, promotional calendars, and seasonal campaign strategies. Implement efficient workflows to improve productivity and reduce errors. Research e-commerce trends and competitor activity to drive innovation. Preferred candidate profile 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, store management, or digital merchandising . Strong hands-on experience with Shopify ; knowledge of apps, themes, and backend admin. Team player with leadership qualitiescan groom and mentor junior team members . Highly proactive, analytical, and process-driven mindset. Ability to take initiative and drive cross-team alignment to meet business goals. Strong understanding of UK customer behavior and online retail trends is a plus . Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
