Job Description MIS Analyst (Logistics & E-commerce) 30-12-2025 Department: Operations / Business Analytics Industry: Logistics | E-commerce Location: Gurgaon Experience: 15 Years **Immediate Joining** Role Overview The MIS Analyst will be responsible for preparing, analysing, and managing operational and performance reports related to logistics and e-commerce operations. The role supports management with accurate data, insights, and dashboards for decision-making across operations, nance, and courier partners. Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering orders, shipments, deliveries, RTO, NDR, SLA, TAT, and billing. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Track and analyse courier-wise, zone-wise, and client-wise performance. Reconcile courier invoices with shipment data and highlight discrepancies. Identify operational delays, exceptions, and cost leakages through data analysis. Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel / Power BI for management review. Coordinate with operations, nance, and courier partners for data validation. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of MIS reports. Automate recurring reports to improve eiciency and reduce manual eort. Support vendor performance reviews and rate negotiations with data insights. Skills & Tools ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP) Strong understanding of logistics & e-commerce KPIs Power BI / Tableau preferred Basic SQL good to have Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills Education & Experience ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Bachelors degree in commerce / business / Statistics / IT 15 years of MIS or reporting experience Prior exposure to logistics, courier operations, or e-commerce reporting is highly preferred Experience with courier billing and operational data is an advantage Key Attributes Data-driven mindset ¢ ¢ ¢ High ownership and accountability Ability to work with large datasets and tight timelines Strong coordination and communication skills
