Job Title: Analyst L1
Location: Mumbai, IndiaReporting Manager: Sr. Manager (Global Ops)Role Summary:You are responsible in creating, generating management and team performance reports, dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and work on process improvement projects. Identify manual reports and automate the reports to increase efficiencyResponsibilities and Duties:• Excellent in MS Excel.• Excellent in Data Analytics.• Track, analyse and report the data on a weekly/monthly basis.• Experienced in calculating Utilization, revenue, etc.• Experienced in publishing the dashboards to the management team.• Contribute best practices for the work performed.• Maintain confidentiality of all information of organization and client information.• Complete work on time along with maintaining the required quality.• Ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly targets are achieved.• Work as a team member.• Ability to work with a Global team.Required Skills/Abilities:• Ability to analyse the data and prepare reports.• Target Driven along with an eye for details.• Quick learner and adaptive to any process change in a minimal time.• Flexible to work in rotating shifts.• Good in written and verbal English.• Ability to comprehend questions and respond appropriately (writing and verbal).• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PPT and preparing dashboard.• Logical thinking and good decision-making abilities.• Work independently, self-learning attitude, disciplined, sincere and need less supervision.• Responsible for compliance with ISO standards and other confidentialityEducation and Experience:• Any Graduate• 1 to 3 years experience in data analytics data validation, and Database management etc.
Shift Timing: 8 pm to 5 am (in IST)
