Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Create and assign position codes on
Intellohire
and update the
Master Recruitment Sheet
regularly.
Reconcile and verify
daily recruitment activities
, including interviews, candidate status, and recos between Intellohire and internal trackers.
Generate and share
Candidate Ageing Reports
(highlighting candidates idle for more than 7 days).
Track and update
position status
on a daily basisOpen, On Hold, Closed, Missed, or Unknown.
Send
joining congratulatory emails
, conduct
joining feedback calls
, and collect
Google Reviews
from placed candidates.
Send reminders to recruiters for timely post-joining follow-ups.
Maintain a on Google Drive (client-wise) for easy team access.
Create, organize, and format
JDs for Naukri postings
and client submissions.
Design creative materials on
Canva
such as Star of the Month posters, Birthdays, Work Anniversaries, contest posters, and other internal communication graphics.
Ensure accurate documentation, timely reporting, and smooth coordination within the Talent Acquisition team.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel / Google Sheets
(VLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards preferred).
Experience with
Intellohire
or any ATS/recruitment tracking system (added advantage).
Basic design skills using
Canva
for internal creatives.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail with strong data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Proactive, responsible, and process-oriented.
Comfortable working with data, reporting, and daily follow-ups.
Team player with a positive attitude.
