Office Executive

Core Responsibilities

1. Product & Catalogue Management

• Create and update product listings on

  Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify

• Upload product images, descriptions, prices, and keywords
  
• Ensure accuracy of SKU, MRP, offers, and inventory status
  
• Coordinate for image corrections or content updates
  

2. Order Processing & Fulfilment

• Monitor daily orders from marketplaces and website
  
• Ensure timely order confirmation, packing, and dispatch
  
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners
  
• Track deliveries, RTOs, and cancellations
  

3. Inventory Management

• Maintain stock records and update inventory regularly
  
• Alert the team on low-stock or fast-moving products
  
• Coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock issues
  

4. Customer Support (Basic Level)

• Respond to customer queries on Amazon/Flipkart messages
  
• Handle basic complaints: delivery delay, damaged product, replacement
  
• Coordinate refunds, returns, and exchanges
  
• Ensure polite and professional communication
  

5. Returns & RTO Management

• Track return reasons and RTO percentage
  
• Coordinate inspection of returned products
  
• Update return status on marketplaces
  
• Share insights to reduce future RTOs
  

6. Reports & Data Tracking

• Prepare daily/weekly sales and order reports
  
• Track basic metrics: sales, returns, RTO, cancellations
  
• Maintain Excel sheets for performance tracking
  

7. Marketplace Compliance

• Ensure listings follow Amazon/Flipkart policies
  
• Assist in resolving account or listing-related issues
  
• Support documentation for suspensions or claims (if required)
  

8. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and accounts teams
  
• Support ad team with product data if required
  
• Assist seniors in campaign execution and promotions
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of

  Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub

• Basic

  Excel / Google Sheets

• Good written communication (English + local language)
  
• Attention to detail and responsibility
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt
