Position Details

Designation: Retail Operations Team Lead

Experience Required: 3–7 Years in Retail Operations

Team Handling: Managing a team of at least 5 members

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Working Days: Alternate Saturdays

Note: For the first one month, all Saturdays will be working

• Bhilai – Nehru Nagar

Role Summary

The Retail Operations Team Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end online retail operations while leading a team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistent performance across multiple retail platforms. The role requires strong operational expertise, analytical thinking, and effective people management skills. Experience with US retail clients will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of at least 5 members handling online retail operations
• Oversee daily operations of online stores on Shopify, WordPress, and other retail marketplaces
• Ensure accuracy in product listings, inventory management, pricing, and order processing
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance
• Analyse sales and operational data using MS Excel and analytics tools
• Prepare and present performance reports to management
• Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements
• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in Retail Operations
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience handling a team of at least 5 members
• Strong knowledge of online retail platforms and marketplaces
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US retail clients
• Exposure to multi-channel online retail operations
