About the Role

Amazon Catalog Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and manage product listings in Amazon Seller & Vendor Central.
Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and backend keywords for improved visibility and conversion.
Monitor catalog health and resolve issues related to suppressed, stranded, or inactive listings.
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices for Amazon.
Upload and manage product variations (parent-child relationships).
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to ensure product data accuracy.
Handle listing errors, flat file uploads, and brand registry-related updates.
Analyze catalog performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and category requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in managing Amazon catalogs (Seller Central and Vendor Central).
Strong understanding of Amazon listing policies, category requirements, and SEO.
Proficiency in using flat files and bulk upload templates.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.
Knowledge of Amazon Ads and how catalog quality impacts ad performance.
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10.
