Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the shipment coordination process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to arrange shipments, manage schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries. Additionally, you will be required to stay updated on relevant local regulations and compliance standards related to logistics and cargo. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire shipment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. - Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to arrange shipments, manage schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries. - Track and monitor shipments in real-time, resolving any delays or issues promptly. - Ensure all necessary documentation, customs forms, and invoices are completed accurately and promptly. - Communicate directly with clients to update them on the status of shipments and address any concerns or special requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. - Continuously review and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. - Address operational challenges, including delays, cargo damages, and shipping errors, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and customer-friendly manner. - Prepare regular reports on operational performance, shipment status, and inventory levels for management review. - Manage relationships with transporters, carriers, and other service providers, negotiating rates and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and warehouse staff, to ensure alignment and support in achieving operational goals. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in the logistics industry. - Proficiency in Hindi and English. - Ability to work on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Good communication skills. - Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong work ethic. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Mobile phone and 2-wheeler needed for work transportation.,
