Logistic Executive

As an Executive- Shipping and Logistics, your role will involve managing daily shipping and logistics operations. This includes organizing transportation of goods, inventory management, and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments. Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolving any delays or issues that may arise will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery statuses is essential, along with ensuring compliance with customs regulations, shipping laws, and company policies. Additionally, you will be preparing and managing shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. Your role will involve liaising with internal departments such as sales, procurement, and warehousing to ensure seamless operations. You will also assist with inventory management, including stock levels, order planning, and reporting. Analyzing and optimizing shipping processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service quality will be crucial. Handling customer inquiries related to shipments, including tracking, delays, and damaged goods, is also part of the job.
