Job Overview: Lenovo seeks a Legal Operations Support specialist to play a critical role in creation and maintenance of data in support of our vendor management program. Job Responsibilities (Essential Functions And Duties) Support the creation and maintenance of Vendor Management training documentation materials Support testing of Changes with Matter Management Tools Work with the business in support of vendor management goals, issue resolution Work with Legal Operations team to create a vendor repository globally for use in outside counsel goals Support data quality based on reporting and analysis. Identify data problems and recommend fixes to continuously improve the data created by legal and legal customers. Identify data gaps and make recommendations based on industry trends and tool enhancements. Support AI toolset for vendor management work, provide change management to make the tools an integrated part of the process. Basic Job Requirements Prior work experience - 4 years total 2+ years of relevant experience with data support in a fast-paced corporate Legal or IT department Excel expert – 4 years of demonstrated advanced data analysis work System Process Documentation and Support – 2-4 years Ability to analyze data and follow up on changing trends and outliers to identify improvements – 2-4 years System testing 2-4 years Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies (KSAC’s) Use of AI models in Process Management process SharePoint capabilities Process Flow charts and word documentation for processes Project coordination – task planning Demonstrated ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Demonstrated capability to work with external and internal support personnel on projects and issues resolution Educational Requirements Bachelors Travel Requirements (expected % travel) Less than 10% Language Expert fluency – English, multi- language fluency is desired. Preferred Requirements ELM or other legal systems – 4 years preferred.
