Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Will be actively involved in companys legal and compliance and associated activities especially in Drugs & Cosmetics Act & Rules, Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, Food Safety & Standards Act, Intellectual Property Laws.
Be responsible for all matters pertaining to laws and regulations applicable to the business.
Determine optimal compliance programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations and implement appropriate responses.
Draft and maintain template agreements for use with third parties.
To advise the Company on all Legal matters.
To deal with Law firms on behalf of the Company for existing and fresh litigation & related works.
To take care of all Legal documentation as far as Company's businesses.
Drafting & vetting various Commercial Documents.
Assisting Counsels engaged for various Courts/ Commissions/ Tribunals/ Forums/ Regulatory & Quasi-Judicial Authorities, etc..
Maintenance of files, case lists, records etc.
Complete other tasks as may reasonably be required
