JOB DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities: Following up with sales team and tracking regarding sales target and tour plans on a daily basis is essential. Generating daily call reports of SO/ASM from E-CUBIX / Field assist application and sending them to their senior managers on a daily basis is part of the routine. Making competitive analysis for products running in the market and collecting feedback for new product launch is crucial for staying ahead. Punching invoices of OTC division for all stockists as per the OTC division rules ensures smooth operations. Monitoring and following up regarding the shelf life of FG inventory for timely Liquidation is necessary to avoid losses. Getting approval for the special discounted rates for near expiry stock and updating them in the system is a procedural requirement. Issuing credit notes to stockists if near expiry stock is billed at full rates helps maintain fair business practices. Analysing the loss of near expiry stock and writing off the expired stock from ERP stock, also following up with the C&F for destruction of expired stock, is part of inventory management. Preparing the depot-wise valuation sheet of expired stock & debiting 50% quantifiable loss to C&F ensures accountability. Approving additional credit limit of stockists based on past performance after consulting ZSM is a strategic decision. Following up with the sales team for the committed payments as per the timeline given ensures financial stability. All other work relating to the assigned depots encompasses various additional tasks and responsibilities. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for those with post-graduate qualifications. While a background in marketing or related fields is preferred, it's not obligatory. Ideally, candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills for effective engagement. Display analytical abilities for data assessment. Showcase negotiation skills for effective collaboration. Utilize technical skills in relevant tools and software applications. Maintain a customer-focused mindset to ensure satisfaction and foster relationships. Ability to effectively manage and lead teams towards achieving shared objectives. Job Type: Full-Time
