We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Inclusive Banking, SBL, Mortgages, or Legal roles. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee legal aspects of mortgage lending operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide legal support and guidance to internal stakeholders. Conduct legal research and analysis on various financial products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal issues and improve processes. Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and optimize business outcomes. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in legal software and systems is desirable. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
