Budget and Cost Management: Create and manage project budgets and schedule Approve expenses and ensure all costs align with the established budget. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with Transways Realty's quality standards and relevant legal regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and quality, taking corrective action as necessary. Stakeholder management: Maintain open lines of communication with senior management, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular project progress updates. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including daily progress reports, quality assessments, and budget analyses. Present detailed project performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed improvements.
