Drafting and vetting of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Software License
Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Statementof Works and other related legal documents to be executed withcustomers and vendors of the Company.? Liasoning and negotiating with internal teams as well as customers andvendors in relation to execution of contracts.? Standardize and update existing contract templates to suit the businessrequirements of the Company.? Keeping track of contract renewals and maintain and update contractdatabases of the Company.? Contribute to the legal function of the Company in general and assist withother related responsibilities.?
