The Legal Manager will oversee day-to-day legal operations, including preparation and review of legal documents, providing legal consulting, ensuring legal compliance, and managing legal affairs. The role involves working closely with various departments to support the company's legal needs and ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations. Qualifications Looking for Candidates from SOLAR background only. Develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company's objectives. Manage complex legal cases and negotiate contracts to mitigate risks and protect the company’s interests. Provide expert legal advice to senior management on various regulatory and compliance matters. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while maintaining best practices in legal operations. Foster and manage relationships with external legal advisors and stakeholders. Prepare and present reports on legal issues and strategies to the executive leadership team. Supervise, mentor, and develop legal staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Essential Qualifications: ∙Master's degree in Law (LL.M) or equivalent legal qualification. ∙Strong understanding of corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. ∙Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. ∙Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and motivate a team. Desired Experience: ∙Minimum of 13 years of relevant experience, ideally in a corporate setting. ∙Experience in managing complex legal cases and providing strategic guidance at a senior level. ∙Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing departmental budgets.
