Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's customer base. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also be involved in preparing reports, forecasting sales, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Experience in sales management, leadership, and team development Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and customer service skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve targets Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Market research and business development capabilities Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the renewable energy or solar technology industry is a plus Show more Show less
