The L&OD Specialist will drive capability development and a continuous learning culture at Welspun GCC. This role will manage learning systems, design and execute impactful behavioral and functional training programs, support talent development initiatives, and ensure measurable outcomes through analytics and strong stakeholder partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    Learning Management System (LMS)

    ensuring effective usage, timely content updates and strong learner engagement.
  • Conduct

    Training Needs Identification (TNI/TNA)

    biannually to assess skill gaps and align capability-building initiatives to business priorities.
  • Design and coordinate

    behavioral, functional & technical

    training programs aligned to role requirements in GCC.
  • Execute training lifecycle end-to-end:

    planning, scheduling, logistics, delivery support & communication.

  • Deliver structured

    onboarding and induction

    programs to support seamless cultural and role transition of new employees.
  • Track and report

    training effectiveness and ROI

    , leveraging data insights and participant feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage

    Budget Tracking

    for learning programs, ensuring cost effectiveness and value delivery.
  • Handle

    Vendor Management

    — onboarding, contracting, quality assurance and service delivery oversight.
  • Support

    Talent Development

    initiatives including Hi-Po development, leadership enablement and career pathing.
  • Apply innovative learning methodologies such as

    digital learning, microlearning, gamification & AI-driven personalization

    .
  • Build internal communities of practice and drive

    knowledge-sharing ecosystems

    to promote learning culture.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders as a

    learning advisor and capability enabler

    .
  • Monitor post-training development and performance outcomes through structured follow-ups and action-learning reinforcement.
