Job Summary

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and talent development programs that strengthen organizational capability and support the growth of our employees, with a special focus on technical and engineering talent in India. This role partners closely with HR, business leaders, and technical managers to identify skill gaps, build structured learning pathways, and integrate modern, AI-enabled learning solutions into our talent development strategy.


Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and execution of learning and development strategy aligned with business goals and talent needs.

•Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) across business units to identify skill gaps and future capability requirements.

•Develop and deliver blended learning programs including e-learning, workshops, coaching, and external training partnerships.

•Lead the development of Leadership Development Interventions to support Succession Pipeline for all the key leadership positions.

•Manage and update the learning calendar; ensure timely rollout of leadership, technical, and behavioral training programs.

•Partner with managers and technical leaders to support upskilling, reskilling, and career development initiatives.

•Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and budgets for external training providers.

•Facilitate learning sessions and enable knowledge transfer frameworks (onboarding, SOP documentation, reverse shadow programs, certifications).

•Measure program effectiveness and ROI through HR analytics, learning dashboards, and feedback surveys.

•Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation, embedding values into all programs.


Qualifications & Experience

•Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.

•8–12 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.

•Proven expertise in instructional design, blended learning, and facilitation.

•Strong understanding of adult learning principles, competency frameworks, and evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick).

•Experience with HR technology, AI-enabled learning platforms, and learning analytics.

•Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

•Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of delivering end-to-end learning initiatives.
