Job Description

In your role as Strategic Learning Leadership, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a group-wide learning and development strategy that aligns with organizational goals and brand values. This includes aligning training programs with guest experience objectives, brand audits, and operational excellence. You will lead the L&D agenda across multiple properties, tailoring initiatives to meet hotel-specific needs while ensuring consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop property-level and corporate training modules covering areas such as onboarding, guest service, leadership, compliance, and departmental skills. - Roll out brand-mandated training programs and ensure adherence and documentation at each property. - Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to enhance L&D capability within each hotel. In terms of Talent & Leadership Development, you will be expected to identify high-potential talent and establish structured development programs to support career progression and succession planning. This will involve launching leadership academies, supervisory development tracks, and mentoring frameworks across the group. Monitoring & Evaluation will be a crucial aspect of your role, where you will define KPIs for learning effectiveness, conduct periodic Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and benchmark against industry best practices. You will need to innovate learning formats such as blended learning, e-learning, and mobile learning. You will also be responsible for ensuring Compliance & Reporting by maintaining training compliance for statutory and brand audits, including areas like POSH, fire safety, FSSAI, data privacy, and hygiene. Additionally, you will maintain central L&D dashboards, training calendars, and learning impact reports for senior management. Stakeholder Engagement is another key area where you will collaborate with General Managers, HR Business Partners, and Department Heads to integrate learning with business performance. Building partnerships with external vendors, training institutes, and certifying bodies will also be part of your responsibilities.,
