About the Role

Manager – Learning & Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and HR to identify capability gaps & learning needs.
• Design and deliver blended learning programs (virtual, e-learning, instructor-led).
• Lead early-career onboarding & development programs, especially for B-school hires.
• Drive leadership development initiatives and functional capability building.
• Measure program effectiveness using robust data analytics.
• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle across multiple geographies.
• Administer the LMS and explore emerging L&D technologies.
• Ensure L&D governance and alignment with business objectives.

Who You Are-

• Postgraduate in HR (preferably from a Tier 1 B-School).
• 4–6 years of L&D experience in IT services or product-based companies.
• Proficient in instructional design, learning needs analysis & design thinking.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with data, metrics, and using LMS/digital learning platforms.
• Certifications in behavioral assessments (like MBTI, DISC, etc.) are a plus.
