Requirements

• 8+ years

  of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Academic Operations, or Training Management.
• Proven track record in

  student training, campus recruitment, and education-sector learning programs

• Strong expertise in training needs identification, program evaluation, and instructional design.
• Proficiency with

  e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
