Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in generating new leads, specifically from international markets . The ideal candidate should be a local resident of Mohali and have a deep understanding of global business dynamics, client acquisition, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads from international markets (U.S., U.K., Canada, Europe, etc.). Identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and professional networks. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align strategies and close deals. Prepare and present proposals and business presentations to global clients. Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Track all interactions and leads in the CRM system and report progress to senior management. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT or consulting domains. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques for international markets. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, CRM tools, or ERP solutions is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Experience working with international clients and understanding of global sales cycles. Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
