Looking for Business Development Lead with experience in Corporate interior fit-out companies, PMC (Project Management Consultancy) or Architectural firms. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales process. This role requires a deep understanding of the mentioned industries. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in line with company objectives 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business 4. Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing 5.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction 6. Role & responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office & Admin Executive located in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling customer service inquiries, performing front office administration tasks, and ensuring efficient communication within the office. Daily tasks will include greeting visitors, managing appointments, maintaining office supplies, and taking care of overall administration of the office. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with HR & Accounts department.
