Looking for Business Development Lead with experience in Corporate interior fit-out companies, PMC (Project Management Consultancy) or Architectural firms. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales process. This role requires a deep understanding of the mentioned industries.
1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in line with company objectives
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
4. Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
5.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion
7. Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
1. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in PMC, Corporate interior fit-out companies & Architectural firms.
2. Demonstrated track record of driving business growth.
3. In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in project management or interior fit-out services
4. Strong networking and relationship-building skills
5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
6. Master Degree/ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, BE civil or related field.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
