Job Description

Qualification - MBA in HR

Experience - 1 to 5 yrs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, workshops, seminars, and webinars.
  • Learning Materials Creation: Develop and create training materials, including presentations, handouts, manuals, and multimedia visual aids, to support training programs and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve program quality and impact.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Management: Oversee the organization's learning management system, including course administration, user management, content development, and reporting.
  • Employee Development Planning: Work closely with managers and HR personnel to identify individual development needs and create personalized learning and development plans for employees to support career growth and succession planning.
  • Compliance Training: Ensure that employees receive mandatory compliance training in areas such as safety, diversity, ethics, and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records of training completion.
  • Learning Culture Promotion: Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization through communication, recognition programs, and fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • External Training Coordination: Identify external training opportunities, conferences, workshops, and seminars relevant to employee development needs and coordinate participation and registration processes.
  • Trends Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to incorporate innovative approaches and strategies into training programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, training, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
