Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Executive

Location: Paikanagar, Plot no 195/669, Backside of Renault showroom, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751003
Department: Human Resources / Learning & Development
Reports To: HR Head
Mode: Work From Office

Job Summary:

The Learning & Development Executive will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. The role involves assessing training needs, developing training materials, conducting sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives to support the organization’s growth and talent development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with managers.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning sessions (classroom, virtual, and blended learning formats).
  • Develop training materials, e-learning content, and interactive modules.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Track and maintain training calendars, attendance, and completion records.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
  • Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Collaborate with managers to create Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Stay updated with learning technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare periodic reports on training activities and employee progress.

  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and tools is an advantage.
  • Certification in training/facilitation (e.g., Train the Trainer, Instructional Design) preferred.
