Department: Human Resources – Training & Development
Reports To: HR Manager
Location: Near Hopes/Singanallur- Coimbatore

The Learning and Development Executive is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing internal staff training and skill development programs. The role focuses solely on technical training, soft skills enhancement, and employee upskilling—not recruitment or general HR tasks. The role also includes conducting skill gap analyses, maintaining the skill matrix, and supporting strategic learning initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Needs Analysis

• Conduct periodic skill matrix assessments across departments.
• Identify skill gaps through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with department heads to gather training needs.

Training Design & Implementation

• Plan, design, and deliver technical and behavioral training programs.
• Organize internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Develop training calendars and ensure timely execution of training plans.

Technical Upskilling & Development

• Coordinate and monitor skill development programs for technical staff.
• Collaborate with external trainers or SMEs for advanced technical training.
• Ensure alignment of training programs with current and future project needs.

Strategic Training Planning

• Create and execute long-term L&D strategies focused on productivity and retention.
• Support the organization in aligning training goals with business objectives.
• Evaluate training ROI and contribute to the continuous improvement of training quality.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Maintain detailed training records, attendance, and feedback.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on training effectiveness and improvements.
• Use metrics to track individual and departmental skill improvements over time.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate training or L&D functions.
• Experience in technical training coordination is highly desirable.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and planning ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of skill gap analysis tools, employee development frameworks.
• Ability to work independently with various internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
