Learning and Development Executive

As a Learning and Development Executive at our Solar company in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing internal staff training and skill development programs. Your focus will be on technical training, soft skills enhancement, and upskilling employees. Your role will not involve recruitment or general HR tasks. You will conduct skill gap analyses, maintain the skill matrix, and support strategic learning initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting training needs analysis by assessing skill matrices and identifying skill gaps - Coordinating with department heads to gather training needs - Planning, designing, and delivering technical and behavioral training programs - Organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars - Developing training calendars for timely execution of training plans Additionally, you will: - Coordinate and monitor skill development programs for technical staff - Collaborate with external trainers for advanced technical training - Ensure alignment of training programs with current and future project needs - Create and execute long-term Learning and Development strategies - Align training goals with business objectives - Evaluate training ROI for continuous improvement of training quality In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting, including: - Maintaining detailed training records, attendance, and feedback - Preparing reports on training effectiveness and improvements - Using metrics to track individual and departmental skill improvements over time Qualifications required for this role: - 3 years of experience in corporate training or Learning and Development functions - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational and planning ability - Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems - Ability to work independently with various internal stakeholders Requirements for this role: - Immediate availability - Local candidate in Coimbatore - Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Malayalam (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage) - Maximum age limit for applicants is 35 years If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this Learning and Development Executive position, please contact the HR Manager at 9245160849 for further details.
