Position -- Senior process Engineer Assistant Manager or Manager --Process Engineering A) Educational Qualification-- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering B) Experience-- minimum 8 to 10 years in reputed Chemical manufacturing unit C ) Position summary -- We develop and implement optimal ,cost effective Chemical manufacturing processes in accordance with product specifications and quality standards , recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods,controls and coordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised composite products through R& D in laboratory ,pilot plant experiments trails etc D) Essential Duties and Responsibilities -- 1. Observe the laboratory experiments in details for specific product molecule standardized in R & D lab 2. Study the Reaction mechanism w.r.t. Stoichiometry, yield ,quality ,parameters , ,steps, effluent generation, immisions, safety hazards etc and prepare data sheet accordingly . 3. Prepare Engineering plan for executing the subject process product on pilot plant scale w.r.t. bx size , suitability of equipments infrastructure available at pilot plant and explore the additional inputs if needed and execute the same in association with Seniors, maint dept ,purchase dept etc 4. carry out pilot plant trial runs in association with R&D chemist ,following all required protocols . 5 Based on the findings from these trail runs, prepare the data sheet and corroborate the same with labo data sheet and discuss present the same to Seniors 6. Prepare commercial engineering scale plan for executing the same at site in association with Seniors through P & ID, equipment list cost ,budget and its appoval ,layout, Civil work ,procurement plan etc in association with Project Engineering team and prepare procurement data sheet for proceeding the same for procurement in association with purchase dept 7 execute the installation plan at site along with team following time line schedule and activity chart 8 coordinate with production team for carrying out trial bxs at site and implement the required input if needed at site for successful commissioning of the subject product plant 9 follow time line schedule and other protocols needed where ever required Location: HO Koparkhairne

Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with accounting standards. Oversee costing, budgeting, and variance analysis related to manufacturing operations. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and compliance reviews. Monitor inventory, WIP, and fixed assets to ensure accuracy and control. Implement and maintain internal financial controls. Required Skills and Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures. Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics. Leadership and people management skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with ERP and EXIM management software.
