Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Learning and Development Executive. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing employee training programs tailored to organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include identifying skills gaps, facilitating training sessions, ensuring alignment with HR policies, and providing support for employee development and engagement. The Learning and Development Executive will also collaborate with HR teams to maintain a supportive work environment and drive organizational growth through effective workforce development strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, develop, and implement

  Learning & Development strategies

  aligned with hotel operational goals
• Conduct

  training need analysis (TNA)

  across departments
• Design and deliver

  induction, soft skills, behavioral, leadership, and operational training programs

• Coordinate with department heads to ensure training effectiveness and compliance
• Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training sessions
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
• Maintain training records, MIS reports, and compliance documentation
• Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and service excellence benchmarks
