Job Summary

We are looking for a BPO Trainee with 2 years of experience in the BPO sector who will be responsible for training and guiding a calling team and coordinating with real estate clients. The candidate will ensure the team is well-prepared for live processes and maintains high communication and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and mentor the BPO calling team for real estate processes
• Prepare call scripts and train agents on lead handling and follow-ups
• Coordinate with real estate clients regarding project updates and requirements
• Monitor call quality and provide regular feedback to team members
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and compliance
• Handle escalated customer or client queries professionally
• Support the team during live calling operations
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on team performance and training progress

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO / Call Center operations
• Experience in team training or team handling is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi knowledge is a plus)
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and calling tools
• Understanding of lead management and customer engagement
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage team members effectively
