We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive who can actively go into the market, identify potential customers or clients, and bring business to the company. The role involves fieldwork, meeting clients face-to-face, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: Go into the market to find new customers and business opportunities Visit shops, offices, industries, or potential clients and pitch products/services Maintain good relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads Explain company products/services clearly and professionally Qualifications: Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream) Job Type: Full-time Location: [City/Area Name] – Field Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Salary: Fixed + Incentives (based on performance) Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply) Skills Required: Good communication and convincing skills Willingness to travel and do fieldwork Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling Self-motivated and goal-oriented Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend only Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
