Role Overview

Field Marketing Personnel (Marketing Executives)

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote electrical products under the brands Preeti Plast and Samirs.
• Conduct field visits to retailers, distributors, and dealers within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners.
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
• Ensure product visibility and execution of marketing initiatives in the market.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the Head Office in Kolkata.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a 

  resident of the respective district.

• Should 

  own a two-wheeler

   for field movement.

• Education:

   Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience:

• Minimum 

  3 years

   in field sales.

• Preference

   for candidates with experience in the 

  electrical industry.

• FMCG field sales experience may also be considered.
• Good communication skills, pleasing personality, and good health are essential.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC:

   Approximately ₹30,000 per month.
