Job Description – Senior/Lead Software DeveloperPosition: Senior/Lead Software Developer Experience: 12 – 15 Years Location: [Specify Location] Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Software Developer to be responsible for the design, development, and on-time delivery of high-quality software components. The role involves translating software design into clean, efficient code, mentoring team members, and ensuring productivity improvements while maintaining compliance with product quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze requirements, translate them into design specifications, and drive effort estimation for deliverables. Define and implement work breakdown structures for efficient development planning. Provide technical inputs for project management and effort tracking. Lead implementation, developer testing, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Guide and support engineers with expertise in technology, requirements, and design. Conduct technical reviews and internal coordination with project stakeholders. Perform unit testing, debug, and resolve defects to ensure high-quality deliverables. Ensure seamless integration, configuration management, and release within committed timelines. Desired Skills & ExperienceTechnical SkillsPrimary: ASP.NET Core Web API, C#, .NET Core, WPF, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2022. Secondary: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, YAML. Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git (or equivalent). UI Frameworks: Experience with Telerik Controls. Nice-to-have: Python, CI/CD pipeline tools & practices. QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. 12–15 years of experience across the full software development lifecycle.
