We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Sales Manager to spearhead the conversion of global leads into confirmed orders for SecureLoad, the world’s first web-based loading computer and stowage planner. This senior role serves as the anchor point for all global BDMs, ensuring that every lead generated is nurtured, followed up, and guided through the complete sales cycle from demo to quotation, purchase order, and payment realization.
In addition to driving sales, the Lead Sales Manager will play a strategic role in shaping sales processes, setting up in-house CRM systems, and developing long-term customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in maritime or B2B software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients across diverse global markets.
