Responsibilities:

• To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure
• Sales funnel Management.Output - Higher conversion rate
• Achieving sales target of 12-15 projects month on month through a team of 6-10designers.
• Output - Get new projects bookings
• Customer experience & relationship management
• Training designers to do sales & enabling them to achieve their targets.

Qualification:

• 5+ years of work-experience as Business Development and Growth
• 3+ years experience in B2C Sales -
• Bachelor's Qualification: Any - (B-Arch B-Tech, Commerce) - Masters/ Specialization:MBA Tier 2Role & responsibilities
