The Role


Lead – Revenue Operations


What You’ll Do


Revenue Strategy & Process Excellence

  • Architect scalable, repeatable GTM processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize growth and customer experience.
  • Spot bottlenecks in the revenue cycle and eliminate them through automation, analytics, and smart workflows.
  • Evaluate, integrate, and champion tools that elevate efficiency and improve every step of the customer journey.

Revenue Analytics & Insights

  • Define, track, and communicate critical KPIs—pipeline health, revenue attainment, churn, and expansion—to drive focus and accountability.
  • Translate data into insights: deliver dashboards, reports, and recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
  • Lead AI-driven initiatives in predictive analytics and turn them into actionable revenue strategies.

Forecasting & Planning

  • Own the revenue forecast, building scenario models that guide leadership decisions with confidence.
  • Partner with GTM and finance leaders on quarterly and annual planning, ensuring targets are ambitious yet achievable.
  • Push the frontier of forecasting by enabling AI/ML-driven approaches and training teams on their application.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Align revenue-driving teams by ensuring data, processes, and goals flow seamlessly across functions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, workshops, and best-practice initiatives that strengthen pipeline execution.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of operational excellence, learning, and continuous improvement.


What We’re Looking For


  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in revenue ops/strategy, business ops, or consulting (SaaS/high-growth preferred).
  • Proven ability to optimize processes, drive automation, and manage complex GTM tech stacks (HubSpot, Apollo, Clari, JustCall, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics and ability to convert data into strategy.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • A self-starter with high ownership and bias for action in fast-moving environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Analytics/Marketing; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
