We are seeking an experienced MarCom Manager to lead Marketing Communications and Enablement for our Growth function. This role is at the intersection of B2B marketing, ABM, video content, SEO, and BD enablement. The incumbent will be responsible for creating visibility, executing targeted campaigns, and empowering Business Development teams with intelligence, collaterals, and digital engagement tools that drive measurable growth.
o Lead all internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring brand consistency.
o Manage creative development — spec sheets, brochures, videos, design guides, presentations, and case studies.
o Maintain a structured content calendar across campaigns, events, and launches.
o Coordinate with agencies and freelancers for high-quality design and content delivery.
o Design and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns aligned with target Named Accounts, Consultants, and Partners.
o Manage multi-channel digital outreach (email, LinkedIn, paid remarketing, microsites).
o Analyze campaign performance and report engagement insights to BD and Sales teams.
o Plan and produce short-format videos (explainers, testimonials, product showcases, event reels).
o Oversee content scripting, shooting, and editing with internal/external partners.
o Collaborate with SEO vendors to improve Spectra’s organic visibility, website ranking, and traffic quality.
o Optimise web content and landing pages for priority solution keywords.
o Lead creative planning for consultant workshops, trade shows, and partner events.
o Design event collaterals, backdrops, video loops, and takeaway materials.
o Ensure post-event reporting and engagement summaries are delivered to the Growth Lead.
o Maintain the BD Enablement Library (collaterals, decks, playbooks, tender language templates)
o Supervise data research interns for Account 360 reports and consultant mapping.
o Ensure CRM data quality and generate monthly Growth performance dashboards.
· Master's in marketing, Business, or related field
· 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of driving growth in B2B or enterprise marketing (tech / industrial / access control preferred).
· Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
· Strong experience with digital advertising platforms. Expertise in ABM, video marketing, SEO, campaign automation, content management, and event marketing.
· Hands-on marketing automation platform, CRM systems, and other tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Adobe Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, Social Media management tools or equivalent.
· Excellent analytical skills, with experience analysing and reporting on marketing performance metrics.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
· Highly motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines and agile, comfortable working cross-functionally with BD, Sales, and Tech teams
· ABM & Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns tied to BD targets.
· Video Content Production: Create impactful, on-brand multimedia for enterprise and consultant engagement.
· SEO & Visibility: Improve organic traffic and keyword rankings for Spectra’s core solution pages.
· Event Support: Deliver high-quality event creatives and post-event assets for all regional engagements.
· BD Enablement: Keep all BD tools, collaterals, and reference decks current and easily accessible.
· Market Intelligence: Generate actionable insight briefs and maintain account dossiers.
· Reporting & Analytics: Publish monthly campaign performance and pipeline influence reports.
· Campaigns: Minimum 2 ABM campaigns per quarter; ≥ 25 % of new BD accounts influenced.
· Engagement: ≥ 30 % email open rate, ≥ 15 % click-through rate.
· Video Content: ≥ 3 videos per quarter; ≥ 60 % average view-completion rate.
· SEO: 15–20 % quarterly growth in organic traffic; 10+ keywords in top-10 ranking.
· Events: 100 % on-time creative delivery; 1 consultant/partner event supported per region per quarter.
· Enablement: ≥ 90 % BD requests fulfilled within 3 working days; 10+ new/updated collaterals quarterly.
· Consultant Engagement: 1 consultant newsletter/month; updated consultant database quarterly.
· CRM Hygiene: ≥ 95 % data accuracy; 100 live Account 360 profiles maintained.
