About the Role

We are seeking a patient, persuasive, and proactive Lead Management Executive to manage our inbound and outbound leads from multiple sources—IVR phones, websites, social media, events, and referrals. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective candidates, nurturing them through consistent follow-up, and converting them into paying students for our programs.

Your role will be critical in ensuring that every potential candidate receives timely, personalized attention and a seamless enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Handling: Promptly respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Lead Qualification: Assess interest level, program fit, and urgency for effective prioritization.
• Program Communication: Call, message, and explain program benefits in a clear, engaging manner.
• Follow-ups: Maintain structured follow-up sequences to guide undecided leads toward enrollment.
• CRM & Data Management: Update lead details, status, and communication history in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Lead Nurturing: Build trust with candidates through personalized communication and information sharing.
• Reporting: Provide weekly reports on lead status, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams for campaigns and outreach drives.
• Process Improvement: Share insights to enhance lead conversion strategies.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent English communication (spoken & written) and polite phone manner
• Patience and persistence in engaging with potential candidates
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills
• Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and email handling
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, admissions, or lead nurturing preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet conversion targets

Work Timings

• Standard: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
• Flexibility during peak enrollment or campaign periods
• Occasional weekend work during high-demand phases

Compensation

₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and performance)
