Job Summary: The Backend Support Executive will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to Relationship Managers. The role involves registering leads with respective developers, coordinating with developers for reports, and ensuring smooth backend processes to support sales operations. Key Responsibilities:Register leads with respective developers accurately and on time. Coordinate with developers to collect reports, updates, and confirmations related to registered leads. Provide end-to-end backend support to Relationship Managers in the sales process. Maintain and update lead records in the CRM or internal systems. Prepare and share timely reports with the team and management. Act as a liaison between developers and Relationship Managers for smooth communication. Ensure compliance with developer registration processes and documentation requirements. Assist in resolving backend queries related to leads, registrations, and developer updates. Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred). Freshers are welcome; 0–2 years of experience in backend operations, sales support, or administration will be an added advantage. Strong coordination and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
