Role Summary

The Lead Generation/Management Executive will be responsible for enhancing lead management effectiveness by capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing leads using AI tools. This role ensures that no opportunity is missed by streamlining lead intake, scoring, and routing processes. The candidate will continuously improve CRM systems for better visibility, reporting, and collaboration, contributing directly to the sales pipeline and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Collection: Gather and upload leads from various online platforms, campaigns, and other sources into the CRM (like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
  • AI Tool Usage: Use AI tools to score, sort, and analyze leads to find the most relevant ones.
  • Lead Sharing: Pass on qualified leads to the right teams with clear details and urgency.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep the CRM system updated and improve it regularly for better tracking and reports.
  • Lead Accuracy: Check and clean lead data to make sure it's correct and complete.
  • Reports & Insights: Create simple reports showing how leads are moving through the funnel and where improvements can be made.
  • Improve Processes: Suggest and implement ways to make the lead follow-up process smoother and faster.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to make sure everyone is on the same page about lead handling.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or an IT-related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in CRM operations, lead generation, or sales/marketing support
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail

  • Proficient in:

    CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, AoomInfo, Linkedin or Salesforce, MS Excel, web-based research, and data tool
