Drive end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Independently manage mandates, engage with stakeholders, screen, interview, and close roles across tech verticals. Ensure timely closures and quality hires. Required Candidate profile IT recruiter with 5–8 yrs in full-cycle hiring. Must independently manage roles, have strong screening and shortlisting experience . Prior experience in tech hiring is essential.
