Lead - Issue/Receipt/Scraps

Purpose/Objective

• Adherence to Stores Receipt function & safe unloading within stipulated timeline as per SOP. Ensuring timely processing of GRN’s of invoices for vendor payment. • Ensure Binning, Optimum utilization of Storage, issuance of right material at right time. • Ensuring Issue accounting of Issued material in SAP on time. • Ensuring daily perpetual verification of Inventory & resolve any discrepancy observed

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Timely processing for GRN & Invoices of quality cleared material. - Issue Posting in SAP as per actual issued material on day to day basis to various departments & agencies. - To maintained proper housekeeping of warehouse & Open yards and Proper binning of material in stores as per the Preservation & storage manual - Optimum utilization of the warehouse space. - Contributory for new ideas of 5-S related activities and cost saving initiatives. - Timely despatched of Rejected material & Continuous follow up in case of Advance payment rejected item. - To maintain cordial professional relationship with internal and external customers. - To ensure and encourage healthy competitiveness among the team members. - Recognition & prevention of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. - Adherence to PPE's as per work requirements - Self and team. - To strictly adhere to points mentioned in JSA, at applicable areas.

Technical Competencies

Experience in handling bulk material, spares & consumables, preservation of critical material.,Warehouse designing and optimum utilization of warehouses,Inventory control methodology,SAP Materials management,Bulk Material handling

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualification: Graduation degree in Material management Desired Qualification: Advance Course in Materials Management
