Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of associate designers from concept to execution.Develop innovative, high-quality design solutions for projects with budgets of ₹20L and above.Create detailed CAD drawings, 3D models, and renders using tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.Confidently handle client meetings, presentations, and approvals.Manage design-stage payments and client coordination independently.Ensure design aesthetics are aligned with Spazioliv’s minimal + luxury brand identity.Collaborate with project, procurement, and operations teams for seamless execution.✅

Requirements

3+ years of experience in residential interior design.Strong portfolio with high-end, luxury project experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.Fast, detail-oriented, and hands-on with design tools.Ability to balance creative vision with client requirements and budgets.🌟
