Role Overview:

Lead Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects from concept development to final handover.
• Translate client requirements into innovative, functional design solutions.
• Prepare and present mood boards, layouts, 3D renders, and material palettes.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for flawless execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 3–7 years of proven experience in residential/commercial/hospitality design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and execution skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
