Ethos Watches is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Lead - Design to oversee the design and execution of luxury retail spaces. The role involves concept development, furniture and product design, 3D modelling, and collaboration with external architects while ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop concept designs for luxury retail stores, ensuring brand alignment and premium aesthetics.
Lead furniture and product designing with attention to detail and functionality.
Create 3D models and renderings using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software.
Oversee design detailing and material selection to enhance store ambience and customer experience.
Collaborate with external architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high design and quality standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative design concepts.
Manage multiple design projects, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field .
10+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in luxury retail or high-end commercial spaces.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software .
Strong design sensibility with expertise in furniture design, product design, and detailing .
Excellent project management and coordination skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality design solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost-effectiveness .
